If you choose Dongguan Arbitration Commission as the arbitration institution for dispute resolution, it is recommended to stipulate the following model arbitration clause in the contract:
"All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Dongguan Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties."
